Engineering that starts from the business problem.

Beyond delivery, I do the technical shaping of AI/ML initiatives: sitting with stakeholders, digging into the domain and the data, and turning an ambiguous need into a concrete architecture, a working PoC, and a plan that survives production load and a real budget. Research first, then implement — and own it end-to-end.
